For more than eighteen years, Dr. Castillo has represented national and international clients in their commercial operations and corporate, financial and international transactions with potential impact in the Dominican Republic.
Dr. Castillo advises in business start ups, acquisition, merger and reorganization processes, due diligence processes, agency, distribution, franchise and representation contracts, obtainment of government licenses and authorizations, installation of free zones, commercial leases and the purchase of real estate property and their financing.
Dr. Castillo has been an attorney and of counsel in the areas of business law, litigation and government in Dominican Republic and international law firms as well as in the Organization of American States (OAS) in Washington, DC.
He previously served as chief legal counsel for Siemens in the coordination and execution of corporate, contractual, government matters and legal and financial aspects of Infrastructure projects in Dominican Republic.
