For more than fifteen years, Dr. Felipe Isa Castillo has represented national and international clients in their commercial operations and corporate, financial and international transactions with potential impact in the Dominican Republic. Dr. Castillo advises in the incorporation and registration, merger, acquisition and reorganization of business, due diligence processes, agency, distribution, franchise and representation contracts, obtainment of licenses and authorizations, installation of free zones, lease and purchase of real estate and tourism projects and their financing.

Experience

Dra. Maria Arthur Rodger has more than fifteen years of practice in Law. She has performed her practice with important law firms, Dominican Tax Authority and big four international accounting firms, later to be one of the founding partners of the Law Firm Arthur & Castillo. She currently performs practices related to the advising national and international clients in their business operations and commercial and financial transactions from a tax perspective in the Dominican Republic.

She counsels in the area of tax advisory services and local and international tax planning for the establishment of new businesses, including the acquisition and sale of existing business, corporate reorganizations, business restructuring, special tax regimes, strategic tax litigatio representation, ruling requests and other process before the Tax Authorities.
